Nine Lives of Chloe King – Season 2 Spoilers

Nine Lives of Chloe King has been cancelled by the ABC’s Family channel. It had only been on air for a short while. Chloe (Skyler Samuels) and Brian (Damon) were the two main characters in the drama. They belonged to two different species and had fallen in love. However, they could not touch each other as Brian could die if touched by Chloe. The couple who were desperately in love, could not resist the temptation and do kiss in the finale. The final episode comes to an end with the kiss and viewers are left wondering what might have happened to Damon if the show had gone on to produce further episodes.

Damon has answered this burning question in an interview. He said that since the show is over he can reveal his discussions regarding the plot for season 2 with the writers and producers. He says that he was not going to disappear from season 2 but his character was going to be there in some way, form or shape. It could have been a real or a spiritual presence. He was going to be shown in a coma after the kiss and then the intent was to show that somehow their true love and passion for each other was strong enough to break the spell. He expressed his disappointment at the premature end of the show as he says he was so looking forward to being a part of the production for another season.

Damon is appearing now in the The Secret Circle which premiered on Jan 5 at 9 p.m. He is playing the role of Lee LaBeque, who makes a living as a magician. Lee and Brian’s characters are worlds apart. Damon says he is more used to playing dark characters and Brian was such a nice and good guy. He liked that change in the kind of roles he is used to playing but that did not last for too long. Lee is a still new character to Damon and he is looking forward to exploring where he has come from and what makes him who he is.
